My soul dog passed in 2024 from cancer, and I was devastated. This was such a great way to commemorate her. When I opened the package, I bawled my eyes out. I was not expecting it to have that much of an effect on me, but it hit me in all of the feels. Love it so much! 🥹

This was a gift for my dad for Father's Day of his two dogs who passed a few years ago. He loved them so much and still gets choked up when he talks about them. He loved the portrait and almost cried when he opened it. I'm giving 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 stars as one of the one of the names was misspelled and it's radio silence from the time you put your order in until they finish the portrait. It would be nice to get updates so it doesn't feel like I paid for nothing.

Mom loved it for her birthday present, I will say the shipping took way longer than I expected and I also paid for a preview which I never received. In the future it would be nice to see the preview and I would order at least three weeks out prior to when needed.
Honestly the first order I did was the time around Mother’s Day. Everything was perfect. Then Father’s Day was around the corner I decided to do it again. They either forgot about my order. Since I had to be the one emailing them and asked what happened to it. It didn’t came on time. Even though one of the frame was supposed to be a gift. But they said they will fix my situation. They sent it out. But its the wrong frame is supposed to be white. Not black. I emailed them twice. Still haven’t gotten any response from them. I paid over 100.
My husband’s soul dog passed away in March 2026, so for Father’s Day I had this made for him and it turned out amazing! The details look just like him. Now I want to do our other dogs that we lost over the years. Please don’t stop what you are doing or change a thing.
