Refund policy
All MadPrints portraits are made specifically for your pet, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your final product, please get in touch with us at support@shopmadprints.com. Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities, and we always strive to make sure you are happy with your final portrait.
Cancellations
Our artists begin working on your portrait soon after an order is placed. If you would like to use a different photo, please email us within 15 minutes of placing your order. Cancellations are only possible if the artwork has not yet started, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Revisions
If something in your artwork looks off, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your portrait. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your design. After any requested adjustments, we will email you the updated artwork for approval to make sure you are happy with it before sending it to production.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong design please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.
Digital files
Digital files are non refundable once delivered since they cannot be returned. Please email support@shopmadprints.com if you have any questions or would like to request a revision.
