Shipping policy

MadPrints artwork is custom made for you. Every order is created with care from design to delivery.

Processing time
Custom portraits take 2-3 business days to design.
Production takes 1-3 business days once your artwork is approved and sent to our printing partner.

Holiday timeline
We recommend placing your order by December 12, 2025 to receive it by Christmas. Please note that production and shipping times may experience delays during the holiday season, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping time
Once the artist has completed your custom artwork, your order will typically arrive at your doorstep within about 4–6 days

Shipping fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Digital files are sent by email and have no shipping cost. This is a great option for international customers.

Where we ship
Shipping is currently limited to the continental United States.  We do not ship to military addresses.

Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent as soon as your package is on the way.

Address accuracy
Please double check your address at checkout. MadPrints is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with you to replace the order whenever possible.

Photo submissions
Please follow the photo tips provided on our website when uploading your pet’s picture. If your photo does not meet the guidelines, we will reach out and request a new one before starting your artwork. Once you upload a photo that meets the requirements and we begin the design process, we are unable to accept requests to switch it to a different picture.
