Get up close! Take your pet’s photo in bright, natural light (outdoors or near a window) for the most accurate colors and details.
Face forward: Capture a clear, front-facing shot that includes their ears, head, neck, and upper chest so we can create the perfect crop of your pet’s face.
Avoid tricky angles or edits: Skip overhead shots, heavy filters, and blurry photos. We’re also not able to illustrate photos of pets lying down.
